Letter from Passion Caterers

03 November 2015

Dear All,

It is, with regret that Steven and Hazel have made the decision to close down Adair’s Cafe, Bar and Bistro.  Hazel was admitted to hospital earlier this summer with a 'brain inflammation' and has since been through various tests to try and source a  diagnosis for her dizziness, lack of coordination, slurred speech and memory lapses.  Her recent MRI is pointing the way but it is taking some considerable time as can happen with these types of illnesses.

We had hoped that she would run Passion Caterers whilst I focused on the Restaurant division however it has become increasingly apparent that this will not be possible for her.  Sometimes you have to decide what is important and, in our case, we need to focus on our family and the business that suits our current situation which is Passion Caterers - the business that runs your contract at the Rink.

We would like to thank all of you for your support at the bistro and assure you that although Hazel is going to take the opportunity to rest a little more and you will be seeing less of her, it will be 'business as usual' with me at the helm supported by our great staff.

Regards

Steven and Hazel Adair
