RCCC A.G.M.

Saturday's AGM of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club was special in particular for two of our members.

Firstly, congratulations are due to Billy Howat, who was elected as President of the RCCC. This is a great achievement and we wish him well in his year in office.

No doubt he will have a busy twelve months and there is also no doubt that he will do an excellent job.

Also honoured was David Smith, who received a medal for 50 years of RCCC membership by outgoing President David Henderson.

Billy, in his Presidential address, said how pleased he was to see David's presentation and to be able to acknowledge his enormous contribution to curling over the years.
