The Scottish Seniors Championships kick off with the Ladies tomorrow. Defending Champion Christine Cannon will be up against 13 other teams at Hamilton Ice Rink.

The Men's competition doesn't start until Thursday. Ayr will be represented by Billy Howat and his team of Robert Clark, Andrew McQuiston and Gavin Morton. They are in a strong section which includes current Scottish Senior Champions Robert Anderson in the Keith Prentice team.
Other notable curlers in the draw include Hammy McMillan, Graeme Adam, David Hay and Ken Horton.
