Last Friday saw the Closing Bonspiel at the Ice Rink. Some good close games were played and Vice President Bob Edwards had a narrow triumph when his rinks defeated President Dave's
There were players, both young and old, enjoying themselves and many picked up trophies at the Prizegiving.
Two players have been singled out for particular mention.
The first picture is of Wiliam McHarg, youngest player at the Bonspiel.
The second player is his brother Murray McHarg, proudly displaying his three trophies.
The Stanley Bone (junior points), Orr Ewing (2adults 2 juniors) and J P Gibb (juniors).
