Ayr Ladies played their last Morton of the season today, away to Lockerbie ladies.
The result was 3 wins from 3 games, giving us a further 6 points to add to our points tally. (We now have 16 points and are plus 33 shots)
The rinks were :
Team 1 Gail Thomson (Skip), Lorna Munro, Rachel Ireland, Alison McKay.
Team 2 Sheila Kennedy (Skip), Susan Middleton, Jean Morton, Lisa Mason.
Team 3 Cat Eccles (Skip), Babs Morton, Elly Branch, Isla Robison (sub).
We now eagerly await the results of other games still to be played in the South Area, to see if we have qualified top of our section. If we have, then Ayr will play in the first Morton finals to be held at Forfar on the 10th March 2020.
