Quiz Night a Great Success

As well as being a great Lady President, Aileen McCorkill must be pretty smart.  Here she is, pictured above, part of the winning team at last night's quiz.

It really was an excellent night. There were more teams taking part than I've seen before and the whole evening went very well.

The Ladies committee excelled with ensuring the snacks didn't run out.  They also distributed the many raffle prizes quickly and efficiently. Thanks to all who donated a prize.

Jean Morton was the Quizmaster and the questions were well chosen,  most apparently easy enough with a few wee tricky ones as well.

The winning team were Jack & Lady President Aileen McCorkell, Jamie & Lisa Mason, Liz & Adrian Bark.

Vice President Ken Ireland gave the Vote of Thanks.

Congratulations to them and to everyone who contributed to a well run event.
