Order sheets are placed on the ice and collected 15 minutes after play begins so please fill in when you go down to the ice.  Please be aware if you haven’t pre-ordered food from the menu selector on the ice you may have to wait or offered a restricted choice on both the day and evening menu. We will close when there are no curlers, curlers who do not use us or fewer than 3 sheets on the ice and may not re-open unless there is 1700hrs ice.

Evening Menu offered between 1430hrs-1700hrs ice depending on the competitions being played.

Orders from 1700hrs pm ice are served promptly at 1930hrs. Please note we do not present individual bills but one bill per table or group/club.   (We do not put sheets on ice after 1700hrs however if you wish to pre-book book a party with a minimum spend of £85 we will be happy to cater for you.)

We are unable to offer parties of larger than 14 individual tea/coffee/cake service.

40 - 48 people in group – Items marked with + chosen off ice and collected 15 mins after play begins.

Terms and Conditions for selector menu:

+Passion Caterers are generally open Monday-Thursday, from 1130hrs to c2030hrs depending on if there are three or more sheets of ice on the 1700hrs ice. If there is no evening ice or your catering event takes place outside of these hours then you have a couple of options.  If you are having an event that includes a food prep/service element and we have to come in specifically to cater for you then we will have to make a minimum charge of £85.00 just to break-even on food costs and wages. Alternatively, we can offer trays of sandwiches as listed above left in the fridge at the side of the servery and the bar if open, can cater for your drinks requirements (the food in the fridge option applies Monday-Thursday only). Please remember when putting together your costs on a menu that includes service to include a cup of tea or coffee and a tip (industry standard 12.5% of the total bill).

Approximate numbers (within 10% of final numbers) are due 7 days prior to the event. Final numbers for the selector menus are due 48 hours prior your event and this is the number that will be charged for unless the numbers increase.   We do not offer choice menus however will cater for special dietary requirements (vegetarians/gluten free etc) and these should be advised when giving approximate numbers.  Payment for your event is due on the day of the event.  Please ask us if you have something special in mind that you do not see on the menu and we will be happy to discuss this with you.  Please note it is our standard practice to clear the tables of all crockery/cutlery at the end of the meal and before speeches.  Prices/menu may be subject to change during season depending on outside factors (rising food costs etc).
